Talent Development

After taking this subject students are expected to Define, discuss, and recognize the importance of concepts, principles, theories, and analytic techniques used in talent management, determine talent management strategies to support an organization’s objectives, understand the critical issues facing organizations in creating a diverse talent pool, develop and integrate a talent management system into organizations. In this course, students explore the key elements of effective talent management in an organization. Topics include best practices in talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, integrating a complete compensation system, and succession management.
