Staffing and Outsourcing Strategy

Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to 1) evaluate, combine and formulate the important concepts, principles, analytic techniques, and theories used in staffing.  2) Applying appropriate concepts, principles, analytic techniques, and theories used in staffing 3) Defining issues of staffing and come up with a solution which taking into consideration of organizational strategies and organizational constraints. This course offers a discussion of comprehensive strategic staffing approach to the identification, attraction, selection, deployment, and retention of talent management, which include staffing support activities (legal compliance, planning, job analysis and rewards). This subject also offers a view on how the delivery of Human Resource (HR) services from in-house resources are supplemented with HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions to ensure their HR function better focuses on helping the company achieve its overall business goals and to lower the total cost of HR service delivery.
